RULES GOVERNING OPERATION OF RENDEZVOUS RAFFLE 2026
1. Players must reside in the Yukon, be 19 years or older. Online sales require the use of a major credit card, Visa Debit or MasterCard Debit to purchase tickets. In Person sales via an authorized seller may accept cash or a major credit card, Visa Debit or MasterCard Debit to purchase tickets.
2. There are 119,000 Tickets for sale worth $170,000. Tickets can be purchased in the following amounts and costs:
Tickets A: 5 Tickets for $10.00, Maximum 15,000
Tickets B: 12 Tickets for $20.00, Maximum 24,000
Tickets C: 40 Tickets for $50.00, Maximum 80,000
3. The prizes are as follows:

4. Ticket sales will begin shortly after the license is issued, and end on March 6th, 2026, at 11:59PM with the draw taking place at the Yukon Rendezvous Office, 900-4230 4th Ave, Whitehorse, Yukon, on March 20th, 2026, at noon.
5. For online purchases the "proof of purchase" with the ticket number will be emailed to purchasers by the registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (Rafflebox) at time of purchase. All physical tickets will be printed by the Yukon Sourdough Rendezvous Society and mailed to players via Canada Post no later than March 10, 2026 - 10 days before the draw on March 20th, 2026. For in person sales via an authorized seller the tickets sold will be printed and given to the purchaser at time of purchase.
This physical ticket must be presented in person, to claim the prize, or to claim the prize they must satisfy the Executive Director or designated staff member by providing legal proof of identification.
The emailed ticket is only proof of purchase and does not represent the actual ticket.
6. The ticket stubs will be printed by Yukon Sourdough Rendezvous Society.
7. The winners will be determined by a random draw of printed ticket stubs.
8. Ticket stubs will be drawn for the prizes with the first ticket drawn receiving each prize. The prize of greatest value will be drawn first, followed by the others in descending order of value.
9. The winner will be contacted by phone and email. If after 6 months, no contact is made, a
letter shall be sent to the Registrar. The letter to the Registrar will request that the prize be
approved for donation to another charitable organization.
10.The winner must sign receipt of the prize.
11.The ticket stub, if available, from the winner must be kept by office staff for recording
purposes. If legal identification is used to claim a prize the identification must be
photocopied and signed by prize winner and the designated office staff facilitating the
prize.
12.Draw results will appear on the Yukon Rendezvous website and Facebook page.
50/50 Raffle Rules

following amounts and costs:
A: 1 Tickets for $10.00, Maximum 200 Tickets
B: 3 Tickets for $20.00, Maximum 5,850 Tickets
C: 8 Tickets for $50.00, Maximum 11,040 Tickets
D: 20 Tickets for $100.00, Maximum 18,000 Tickets

prize. If the prize goes unclaimed for 30 days, another ticket will be drawn from the
remaining numbers and a new 30 day claim period begins. This process will continue until a winning ticket is claimed.
