Water Ski and Wake Association of Alberta 50/50 Raffle Rules

1. Eligibility:

Players must reside in Alberta, be 18 years of age or older, and purchase tickets using a major credit card, Visa Debit, or MasterCard Debit. The payment card used must have a billing address in Alberta.

2. Ticket Pricing:

Tickets will be available for purchase online at the following rates:

o 1 for $10

o 4 for $20

o 20 for $50

o 100 for $100

3. Ticket Availability:

Ticket sales will begin on July 6, 2026, and end on July 15, 2026 at 12:00 PM (MT).

4. Draw Details:

The draw will take place on July 15, 2026, at 12:00 PM in Edmonton, Alberta.

5. Prize:

The winner of the 50/50 draw will receive 50% of total ticket sales, up to a maximum prize of $10,000.

6. Ticket Delivery:

Upon purchase, all ticket numbers will be sent via email from the registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS), Rafflebox. No physical tickets will be issued.

7. Draw Process:

The winning ticket will be selected through a random number draw using an Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis (AGLC) registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) Random Number Generator (RNG).

8. Winner Notification & Claim:

The winner will be contacted by phone and email as provided at the time of ticket purchase. The winner has 90 days from the date of the draw to claim their prize. If the prize is not claimed within 90 days, a second draw will be conducted from the original pool of ticket numbers.

9. Results Posting:

The winning ticket number and name of the winner will be posted under the "Winners and Prizes" tab on the raffle’s official page.

10. Consent:

By purchasing a ticket, you consent to your name, winning ticket number, and prize amount being publicly disclosed, as required by AGLC regulations.
