This summer, your lucky ticket can do more than win you cash — it can help feed children in our community. When school’s out and school food programs stop, many kids face hungry bellies. The Summer Eats for Kids program fills that gap with healthy meals, snacks, and a whole lot of smiles. By entering our 50/50 raffle, you’re helping make that possible.

Here’s how it works:

• Buy a ticket (or two... or ten!)

• Half the proceeds go to one lucky winner

• The other half supports summer meals for local kids in need

It’s simple. It’s impactful. And it might just make your summer a little brighter too.

Details

This raffle is a one-time 50/50 electronic raffle. Tickets will be sold in advance of the draw online through the Rafflebox platform online, and in-person using a Rafflebox terminal. All ticket numbers will be assigned to ticket purchasers by the registered Electronic Raffle Supplier, Rafflebox. Online purchased tickets will be emailed. A physical ticket will be printed for purchases made through the Rafflebox terminal.

The prize will be 50% of the money collected for all tickets sold. Winners will be paid via cheque in Canadian funds, drawn from the designated lottery trust account.

The draw will take place at #510-4510 Rhodes Dr, Windsor, ON, N8W 5K5 on July 17th 2026 at 10:00 AM EST. Ticket sales will close at 23:59 PM EST on July 16th 2026.

Ticket prices are; 5 for $10, 20 for $20, 150 for $50

Rules of the Draw

1. Players must be 18 years old or older, and must use a major credit card, Visa Debit or MasterCard Debit to purchase a raffle ticket or win a prize. United Way employees and their immediate family are not eligible to enter the draw.

2. Entrants must be in the province of Ontario at the time of purchase.

3. The winner will be determined by a random draw using a registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) Random Number Generator (RNG).

4. United Way shall be responsible for awarding the prize and making all reasonable efforts to contact the prize winner.

5. The winners of the prizes shall be determined by reference to the Name, and Contact Information provided. The winner will be announced at the draw and will be publicized on United Way’s website and social media channels. If the winner is not present, the winner will be notified by telephone, email or by letter according to the information provided.

6. Winners have six (6) months to claim their prize. Any prizes which are not claimed must be secured or placed in safekeeping for a period of six (6) months from the date of the draw. If at the end of six (6) months the prize has still not been claimed, the prize or monies equivalent to the fair market value of the prize will be donated to a beneficiary approved by the licensing authority.

7. By playing, participants consent to having their name and winning numbers published.
