Sistership Dragon Boat Association 50/50 Raffle Rules

Eligibility

* Participants must be 18 years of age or older.

* At the time of ticket purchase, participants must be physically located in the Province of Alberta.

* Tickets must be purchased using a major credit card, Visa Debit, or Mastercard Debit.

Ticket Prices

Tickets are available online in the following packages:

1 ticket for $10 (maximum 400 available)

3 tickets for $20 (maximum 333 packages available)

10 tickets for $50 (maximum 100 packages available)

25 tickets for $100 (maximum 40 packages available)

Ticket Sales

Ticket sales open upon launch of the raffle and close on August 9, 2026, at 5:00 pm (Mountain Time).

Draw Information

The winning ticket will be drawn on August 9, 2026, at 5:00 pm in Calgary, Alberta.

Prize

The winner will receive 50% of the total gross ticket sales. The final prize amount will be determined by the total number and value of tickets sold.

Ticket Confirmation

Following a successful purchase, ticket numbers will be emailed to the purchaser by Rafflebox, the registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS).

Winner Selection

The winning ticket will be selected by a random draw using the Rafflebox Random Number Generator (RNG), a system registered with the Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis Commission (AGLC).

Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted using the phone number and email address provided at the time of purchase.

The winner must claim the prize within 30 days of the draw date. If the prize is not claimed within that period, a new winning ticket will be drawn from the original pool of eligible ticket numbers.

Publicity

By purchasing a ticket, participants consent to the publication of their name and winning ticket number should they be selected as the winner.

Licence

This raffle is conducted in accordance with the terms and conditions of the licence issued by the **Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis Commission (AGLC)**.
