Sault Ringette Club Raffle Rules 50/50

1. Players of this lottery must reside in Ontario, be 18 years of age or older and use a major credit card, Visa Debit or MasterCard Debit.

2. Tickets will be available online and sold at a rate of: 1 for $5; 3 for $12; 10 for $25; 50 for $75; 100 for $100, and we reserve the right to offer in-person ticket sales at special events.

3. Ticket sales will end on the 13th day of August at 12:00PM with the draw taking place at the John Rhodes Arena in Sault Ste Marie on the 13th day of August at 6:00PM.

4. The winner will receive a cash prize of 50% of ticket sales.

5. All ticket numbers will be emailed to ticket purchasers by the registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) (Rafflebox) and contacted by phone. A physical ticket will not be mailed out for this draw.

6. The winner will be determined by a random draw using a registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) Random Number Generator (RNG).

7. By playing you consent to having your name and winning numbers published.

8. The winning ticket holder has 6 months in which to claim their prize from the date of the draw their ticket was purchased for.

9. As per lottery licensing policy, winners have six (6) months to claim their prize. Any prizes which are not claimed will be secured or placed in safekeeping for a period of six (6) months from the date of the draw. if at the end of six (6) months the prize has still not been claimed, the prize or monies equivalent to the fair market value of the prize must be donated to a beneficiary approved by the licensing authority.

10. Individuals within / associated with the organization are restricted from participating as indicated in the Lottery licensing policies conflict of interest guidelines.
