1. Players must be in Ontario, 18 years or older, and use cash, major credit card, or Visa
Debit.
Credit cards used for payment must be in Ontario at the time of Purchase.
2. Tickets will be available online and in venue and sold at a rate of:
• 5 FOR $10.00
• 40 FOR $20.00
• 150 FOR $40.00
• 400 FOR $80.00
3. There will be an unlimited number of tickets available for sale until the raffle closes.
5. The winner will receive 50% of total sales for the draw.
6. The winner will be determined by a random draw utilizing an AGCO registered Electronic
Raffle Supplier (ERS) Random Number Generator (RNG).
7. The person(s) drawing the winning number must not hold a ticket for that draw.
Volunteers and family members not involved in the draw are eligible to participate.
Directors of the board and associates, the General Manager of the society cannot purchase
ticket(s) for any raffle.
8. No refunds will be offered.
9. The winner will be paid by cheque in Canadian funds.
10. If the winner is not at the venue and purchased tickets online, we will contact the
winner with the contact information they provided us with. The winner will pick up their
prize at our office located on 277 Stonechurch Rd E. Hamilton.ON or we will deliver the
prize to the winner.
11. The winning ticket holder has 6 months in which to claim their prize from the date of the draw their ticket was purchased for. In the event that no winner comes forward, the winning stub will be kept in a safe and held for 6 months. After that time period has elapsed the prize will be donated to Dr. Bob Kemp Hospice Foundation Inc., with the approval of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO).12. Anyone directly involved in the conduct of the lottery is not eligible to purchase tickets.
