Hamilton Conservation Foundation House Rules

1) Players of this lottery must reside in Ontario, be 18 years of age or older, and must use a major credit card or debit card to purchase.

2) Tickets will be available for sale online, using the electronic lottery system supplied by Rafflebox. We reserve the right to solicit in-person ticket sales available at special events, with all ticket purchases made through Rafflebox.

3) Tickets will be sold at a rate of 1 for $5; 3 for $10; 20 for $20; 100 for $50.

4) After buying, patrons will be provided a receipt with their 50/50 registered numbers from a Random Selection System. No specific numbers can be given, as numbers are generated randomly.

5) Draw schedule: this 50/50 lottery will have a single draw, made on 2026 June 22 at 11:00am at the Hamilton Conservation Authority office at 838 Mineral Springs Rd, Ancaster, ON L9G 4X1.

6) The winner will be determined by random-number generator draw.

7) Method of draw announcement: we will post an announcement on the Foundation’s social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram).

8) By purchasing a ticket, purchaser agrees to allow the Hamilton Conservation Foundation to use purchaser’s name and image without compensation for any promotional activity related to this or any future raffle.

9) The winning ticket holder has six months to claim their prize from the date of the draw. In the event that no winner comes forward, the winning number will be kept on file in a secure location and held for six months. After that time has elapsed, the prize will be donated to the Hamilton Conservation Foundation, with the approval of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO).
