HALO Air Ambulance Cattle ‘er Cars 2026 Lottery Rules and Regulations License #762885
1. Age limit for ticket purchasers is 18 years and over. Purchase must be made in the province of Alberta. Sellers are to advise all ticket purchasers not to put the name of any individual on a ticket that is under the age of 18.
2. All draws will be under the supervision of Rafflebox Inc. and HALO Air Ambulance. Two representatives of HALO Air Ambulance’s elected executive or their designates will witness each draw. All prizes will be drawn through the use of a Random Number Generator. The winning raffle draw number shall be determined from the pool of sold raffle ticket numbers. This will include the early bird and final draws. In the case of a power outage the draw will be delayed until power is restored. If not restored within two (2) hours, the draw will be rescheduled and advertised to the public and ticket purchasers.
3. Joint Lottery Management Staff of Rafflebox Inc. and the staff and elected board members of HALO Air Ambulance are prohibited from purchasing tickets in the lottery.
4. The minimum number of tickets that must be sold is 3,100 or minimum revenue generated before the Lottery is canceled or an extension requested, is any number that falls under $150,000 in revenue or 50% of gross revenue.
5. The order in which the prizes will be awarded is from the prize of least retail value up to the prize of greatest retail value, not including the Loyalty Draw on February 24, 2026, the Early Bird Draw on April 24, 2026, which will be the first tickets drawn followed by the Final Draw on June 24, 2026 for the remaining seven (7) draws. All tickets purchased by ticket buyers are eligible for all draws provided they have purchased their tickets by the applicable cut-off dates.
6. Loyalty Draw Date: February 24, 2026, cut-off February 22, 2026; Early Bird Draw Date: April 24, 2026, cut off April 22, 2026 and Final draws June 24, 2026; cut-off June 22, 2026. Should all tickets be sold out by the Early Bird cut-off date of April 22, 2026 all draws, beginning with the Early Bird prize will be made, upon pre-approval from the AGLC, on April 24, 2026 under the supervision of HALO Air Ambulance.
The winning raffle draw number shall be determined from the pool of sold raffle ticket numbers. This will include the loyalty, early bird and all final draws.

8. Ticket sales must take place within Alberta. Online purchases of tickets can only be accepted if the address of the potential ticket purchaser is confirmed to be within Alberta. Buyers must be 18 years of age or older.
9. Tickets may be purchased by credit card, cash, cheque, e-transfer or by RSU.
10. The total retail value of all prizes is $80,000.00. Only 6,200 tickets will be sold at one (1) for $75.00, three (3) for $150.00 or five (5) for $200.00. A total of nine (9) prizes will be awarded. The prizes are as follows:

11. Each prize must be accepted by the winner as awarded. No other substitutions or transfers of prizes is permitted.
12. All winners have three (3) months from the date of the draw to claim their prize. Any costs associated with the delivery of a prize due to distance or unique circumstances will be covered by the winner. Some restrictions apply for the bred heifer category. The winner of the Grand Prize must determine which prize they will choose; either $62,500.00 credit at CD Land & Cattle for bred heifers or a $62,500 credit for Sun City Ford or $62,500.00 in cash. If the winner selects the bred heifers valued at $62,500.00, the bred heifers will be available for pick up by September 30th, 2026 have until that date to pick up the bred heifers. If the winner does not make a decision by July 3rd, 2026, the prize awarded will default to the $62,500 cash prize.
13. All winners will be notified by HALO Air Ambulance by telephone/or in writing by HALO Air Ambulance representatives as to the prize they have won and how to claim the prize. At the completion of all draws, a complete listing of all prize winners will be posted on HALOAirAmbulance.com and may also be posted on our social media channels.
14. If a winner for any of the prizes: loyalty, early bird, 7th, 6th, 5th, 4th, 3rd prize, 2nd prize or grand prize, cannot be located by telephone, registered mail or email after a period of three (3) months from the draw date, the prize or equivalent cash value will be donated to a charitable beneficiary as approved by the Alberta, Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis.
15. In the event of a winning ticket stub having more than one name the licensee will award the prize to the first name listed on the stub. The licensee and Alberta, Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis are not responsible for resolving any disputes which may arise from the different individuals.
16. In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an entry, the entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted on the entry at the time of entry. “Authorized account holder” means the individual who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet service provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
17. If any ticket purchased has been entered in any draw, no refund will be issued after the draw has taken place.

Each entrant consents to receive publications, announcements, advertisements, messages, event/seminar invitations, and other communications (collectively, the "Communications") from HALO Air Ambulance and its affiliates for the purposes of: (i) sharing certain information with each entrant; or (ii) establishing, developing and/or managing HALO Air Ambulance and its affiliates’ relationship with each entrant.
HALO Air Ambulance, its authorized agents and/or representatives may collect, use, and disclose the personal information provided by each entrant at the time they enter the raffle for the purposes of administering the raffle, contacting potential winners and as otherwise permitted or required by law. By entering this raffle, each entrant expressly consents to the use of their personal information for such purposes.
By accepting the prize, each winner hereby further consents to HALO Air Ambulance use of the winner's name, city of residence, picture, biographical information, statements, voice and likeness for advertising and other promotional purposes, in any media or format, whether now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to the Internet, at any time in perpetuity and worldwide, without further compensation or notice to any such winner.
Additional Terms
HALO Air Ambulance reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant from the Raffle if HALO Air Ambulance finds or reasonably believes such individual to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Raffle and/or to be acting: (i) in violation of these Rules; (ii) in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner; or (iii) with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass anyone, including HALO Air Ambulance and its employees. Any attempt by an entrant or other individual to automate the entry process, or otherwise, undermine the legitimate administration, security or operation of the Raffle, may be a violation of criminal and/or civil laws. HALO Air Ambulance reserves the right to seek remedies and damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Entrants engaging in any of the foregoing activities may be disqualified and forfeit any Prizes won.
Each entrant acknowledges that HALO Air Ambulance or anyone else involved in the development or execution of this Raffle, each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, and each of their respective shareholders, directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively, the "Released Parties") have not made, nor are in any manner responsible, for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any Prize, including but not limited to, its quality, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Further, no responsibilities are accepted by any of the Released Parties for any additional expenses, omissions, delays, or acts of any government or authority.
BY PARTICIPATING IN THE RAFFLE, EACH ENTRANT HEREBY RELEASES AND HOLDS HARMLESS ALL OF THE RELEASED PARTIES FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, INJURIES, LOSS, CLAIMS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES) ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH: (I) PARTICIPATING IN THE RAFFLE; AND/OR (II) ACCEPTANCE, USE, MISUSE OR NONUSE OF THE PRIZE OR PARTS THEREOF, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LIABILITY FOR DEATH, PERSONAL INJURY, DAMAGE OR LOSS OF ANY KIND, AND FROM LIABILITY TO ANY OTHER PERSONS RELATING TO OR RESULTING FROM ENTERING THE RAFFLE. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WHATSOEVER WILL THE RELEASED PARTIES’ LIABILITY HEREUNDER EXCEED $1.00 PER ENTRANT.
Without limiting the foregoing, the Released Parties are not responsible for: (i) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, or any third parties, or by any of the equipment, hardware, software or programming associated or used with the Raffle; (ii) technical errors, defects, delays or failures of any kind, including, without limitation, malfunctions, interruptions or disconnections in communications lines, Internet or website access, hardware or software; (iii) digital or electronic disruptions (e.g. security breaches); (iv) unauthorized human intervention (e.g. hacking); (v) technical or human error which may occur in connection with any aspect of the Raffle; (vi) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from a entrant’s participation in the Raffle, or receipt or use of any Prize; and/or (vii) lost, incomplete, illegible or garbled entries, mail or transmissions, interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections, miscommunications, computer viruses, bugs, worms, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, failed computer hardware or software or telephone transmissions, or other errors or problems of any kind whether electronic, mechanical, or human.
Notwithstanding any other provision contained herein, HALO Air Ambulance reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, amend, cancel, suspend, reinstate or close the Raffle, at any time in whole or in part, without prior notification to any entrant, and for any reason whatsoever, upon AGLC approval.
The Raffle and these Rules: (i) are subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws; and (ii) shall be governed exclusively by and construed in accordance with the laws in the Province of Alberta, without regard to conflicts of laws principles. Any dispute not otherwise determined in accordance with the rules of the Raffle shall be adjudicated in the courts sitting in Calgary, Alberta.
