RAFFLE BOX – GANARTS 50/50 RAFFLE RULES

Administered by Gananoque Arts Network and licensed by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario, License RAF 1549983. 

GANARTS 50/50 raffle is a game wherein individuals purchase tickets online for the opportunity to win 50% of the total money raised through the sale of 50/50 tickets.

1. Players must be 18 or older, residents of Ontario and use a major credit card, Visa Debit or MasterCard Debit.

2. Tickets can be purchased on the online page imbedded on ganarts.ca as an exclusive RaffleBox webpage.

3. Tickets will be available online and sold using an electronic raffle system managed by RaffleBox Inc.at a rate of:

• 5 for $10

• 30 for $20

• 150 for $50

• 300 for $75

4. FOURTH DRAW ticket sales begin May 1, 2026,12:01 AM

5. FOURTH DRAW ticket sales end June 27, 2026,11:59 PM 

6. WINNING DRAW –June 28, 2026 NOON. Prize winner will be announced immediately. 

7. The winner will receive a cash prize of 50% of ticket sales.

8. All ticket numbers will be emailed to ticket purchasers by the registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) (Rafflebox.

9. The winner will be determined by a random draw using a registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) Random Number Generator (RNG).

10. The winner will be contacted by phone and email. The winner has six (6) months to claim their prize. Any prizes which are not claimed will be secured or placed in safekeeping for a period of six (6) months from the date of the draw. If at the end of six (6) months the prize has still not been claimed, the prize or monies equivalent to the fair market value of the prize will be donated to a beneficiary approved by the licensing authority.
