Rule of Play

1. TICKET DETAILS

a) Purchase Price of Tickets:

• 1 for $20

• 3 for $50

• 7 for $100

b) Maximum tickets being made available for sale:

C) The date, time and location of the draw will be as follows:

Raffle Draw: August 31, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. CST

Draw Location: 102-506 25th St. E., Saskatoon, SK S7K 4A7

d) The Prize(s)

The prize will be: one (1) roundtrip flight for two (2) guests to any regularly scheduled and marketed WestJet destination!*

*Gift of flight vouchers are not valid for redemption on WestJet Vacations' or Sunwing Vacations' packages, flights operated by Sunwing Airlines, charters, codeshare, or interline flights. The gift of flight voucher is valued at an estimated potential retail value of $4,240 CAD, depending on destination chosen and time of booking from originating city; PLUS Family Service Saskatoon is responsible for all fees, taxes and surcharges up to $1,500 for a total potential prize package value of $5,740.  Receipts must be submitted back to Family Service Saskatoon for reimbursement. The prize does not include optional fees such as checked baggage and cabin upgrades.

2. METHOD

• Only 1 draw where the winner will receive One roundtrip flight for two guests to any regularly scheduled and marketed WestJet destination.*   (*No cash value. Taxes, fees, and surcharges not included. Blackout dates and restrictions apply.) Family Service Saskatoon is responsible for all fees, taxes and surcharges up to $1,500. Receipts must be submitted back to Family Service Saskatoon for reimbursement. The prize does not include optional fees such as checked baggage and cabin upgrades.
• The winner will be determined by a random draw utilizing an SLGA registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) Random Number Generator (RNG). The winner shall be announced to all participants via electronic notification. 

 3. ELIMINATION OF WINNERS

There is only one draw to be conducted, no subsequent draws after that.

4. AGE LIMIT

Must be 19 or older to participate.

5. CONDITIONS & ELIGIBILITY

a) Participants must be located within the province of Saskatchewan

b) Ticket purchasers must use a valid email address to purchase and claim prizes.

c) Staff, board members and members of the organization, immediate family, or people involved in the conduct and management of the raffle are allowed to purchase tickets.

6. ANY OTHER RESTRICTIONS TO THE WINNING PRIZE

a) The organization is not responsible for difficulties arising in contacting the winner due to the winner entering erroneous contact information at the time of purchase

b) If a person believes they are a winner and haven’t been contacted by the organization staff, please email info@familyservice.sk.ca or call 306-244-0127

c) Valid on any regularly scheduled WestJet marketed and operated flight. Voucher is not valid for redemption on WestJet Vacations’ or Sunwing Vacations’ packages, flights operated by Sunwing Airlines, code share, charter or interline flights.

d) This voucher is limited and subject to promotional space availability of eligible fare options and flight schedule. Not all flights have promotional space.

e) Family Service Saskatoon is responsible for all fees, taxes and surcharges up to $1,500. Receipts must be submitted back to Family Service Saskatoon for reimbursement. The prize does not include optional fees such as checked baggage and cabin upgrades.

f) All bookings and travel must be completed by August 22, 2027. Gift of flight vouchers cannot be extended.

g) Flights must be roundtrip to and from the same locations. All guests must travel together on the same itinerary, dates and flights.

h) Voucher cannot be used on some dates, including statutory holidays and peak travel dates.

i) Changes to travel dates or guest names are not permitted once a booking has been confirmed.

j) Bookings made with a gift of flight voucher are not eligible for paid cabin upgrades except where the option to pay for an upgrade is available when checking in for the flight 24 hours prior to departure.

k) This voucher will become null and void if travel is cancelled once a booking is confirmed.

l) The individual booking the flights must be over the age of majority in their province.

m) This voucher must be taken as offered and is not redeemable for cash.

n) Gift of flight vouchers cannot be sold. In the event that it has been sold, the voucher will become void, and any flight bookings made with it will be cancelled immediately without notice or reimbursement. WestJet does not handle the payment, guarantee transactions, or buyer protection or seller certification, nor will WestJet be liable for the loss of funds resulting from a fraudulent transaction.

o) Guests travelling on a WestJet gift of flight voucher are not entitled to compensation amounts provided under passenger rights regimes. By redeeming the gift of flight voucher, all guests travelling agree to release, and waive all claims against, WestJet relating to any and all liability, damage, or compensation entitlement arising under Canada's Air Passenger Protection Regulations.

p) WestJet is not responsible for lost or mishandled vouchers. Once a voucher has been delivered to you, you are directly responsible for it.

7. CONDITIONS FOR UNCLAIMED PRIZES

The organization shall hold prizes that are unclaimed in a secure location for a period of one (1) year from the date of the draw. If the prizes go unclaimed beyond their hold date, the prizes / cash equivalent shall be donated to a charitable beneficiary approved by SLGA.
