1. Players must be 18 or older, and use a major credit card or Debit card.
2. Raffle tickets may be purchased by anyone, including members of the organization and their immediate family
3. Tickets Prices:
• 3 for $5
• 10 for $10
• 30 for $20
• 100 for $50
4. Ticket sales will end on the day of the home opener game @ 7:00PM. The winning number will be announced during the 2nd intermission of the home opener by the PA announcer and displayed on screens throughout the arena. The winning number will also be updated on the lottery landing page and on the Clinton Radars Social Media (FaceBook, Instagram, X)
5. The winner will receive a cash prize of 50% of ticket sales
6. The winner must provide his/her name, address, and phone number with picture identification for our report sheet.
7. All ticket numbers purchased online will be emailed to ticket purchasers by the registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) (Rafflebox). A physical ticket purchased at the games will be distributed to the purchaser at time of purchase.
8. The winning number will be determined by a random draw using a registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) Random Number Generator (RNG) supplied by RaffleBox
9. If the winner is not in attendance at the game, or does not wish to claim their prize immediately, they may claim their prize by contacting The Clinton Radars Jr.C Hockey Club by email at: rodzcar@gmail.com. The winning ticket may then be brought to the Eastlink Arena 239 Bill Fleming Dr. Clinton On. N0M 1L0 at an agreed upon time for ticket verification. The winner will then be paid by cheque valued at 50% of the ticket sales. Winners must have the original winning ticket and no copies. All payments will be made by cheque.
10. The winner will be contacted by phone and email. Unclaimed prizes will be held in a secure location for 6 months past the draw date. If prizes are still unclaimed, the prize/cash will be donated to a charitable beneficiary(s) approved by The Clinton Radars Jr.C hockey club
