RAFFLE RULES

1. Ticket purchasers must reside in Alberta, be 18 years of age or older, and use a major credit card, Visa Debit or MasterCard Debit. Credit cards used for payment must have an Alberta address. The name of a minor must not be written on the ticket. If it is determined prior to the draw that a ticket has been issued to a minor, the ticket is deemed void and the purchaser refunded.

Raffle guidelines prohibit the following people from purchasing tickets in the raffle: members of Covenant Foundation’s Board of Directors, employees of Covenant Foundation, staff of Rafflebox, and their immediate family members.

2. Tickets will be available online and sold at a rate of:

• 1 for $10 – 200 packages available

• 4 for $20 – 325 packages available

• 20 for $50 – 320 packages available

• 100 for $100 – 505 packages available

A total of 58,400 tickets will be available for purchase.

3. The prize is 50% of gross ticket sales, up to a maximum prize value of $37,500.

4. Ticket sales will end on June 30, 2026, at 11:59 p.m., and the draw will take place on July 2, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at Suite 170, One Twelve Campus, 10130 112 Street NW, Edmonton, AB. The draw is open to the public.

5. All ticket numbers will be emailed to ticket purchasers by the registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS), Rafflebox. A physical ticket will not be mailed out for this draw.

6. The winner will be determined by a random draw utilizing an Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis (AGLC) registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) Random Number Generator (RNG).

7. The winner will be contacted by phone and email. The winner has 90 days from the draw date to claim their prize. If the prize remains unclaimed for more than 90 days from the date of the draw, a request will be made to Alberta Gaming, Liquor & Cannabis (AGLC) for a decision regarding the disbursement of the prize.

8. Draw results will appear under the “Winners” tab found on the main raffle page.

9. By playing, you consent to having your name and winning number published. Unless otherwise requested, the winner’s name will be posted on the Rafflebox page, Covenant Foundation’s social media, and an e-blast. If you wish to remain anonymous, please notify the Foundation representative when they contact you to advise that you have won.

10. Tickets are non-transferable and all ticket sales are final. There will be no refunds issued, except where required under AGLC raffle rules, including where it is determined prior to the draw that a ticket has been issued to a minor.

11. If more than one name is written on a winning ticket, the prize will be awarded to only one of the individuals named on the ticket. Neither the licensed charitable organization nor AGLC is responsible for any disputes among the individuals whose names are written on the ticket.

12. If a power failure or technical problem with the ERS occurs, and the ERS can no longer be used, tickets may no longer be sold. Ticket sales may start again if the power returns or the technical issue is resolved within the time frame for the event, the system is recovered, and sales are reconciled.
