1. Players must be in Ontario, 18 years or older, and use cash, major credit card, or Visa Debit. Credit cards used for payment must have an Ontario Address.
2. Tickets will be available online and in venue and sold at a rate of:
• 1 FOR $5.00
• 3 FOR $10.00
• 10 FOR $20.00
• 50 FOR $50.00
3. There will be an unlimited number of tickets available for sale until the raffle closes.
5. The winner will receive 50% of total sales for the draw.
6. The winner will be determined by a random draw utilizing an AGCO registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) Random Number Generator (RNG).
7. The person(s) drawing the winning number must not hold a ticket for that draw. Volunteers and family members not involved in the draw are eligible to participate. Directors of the board and associates, the General Manager of the society cannot purchase ticket(s) for any raffle.
8. No refunds will be offered.
9. The winner will be paid by cheque in Canadian funds.
10. If the winner is not at the venue and purchased tickets online, we will contact the winner with the contact information they provided us with. The winner will pick up their prize at our office located on 3790 Carp Road, Carp ON K0A1L0 or we will deliver the prize to the winner.
11. The winning ticket holder has 6 months in which to claim their prize from the date of the draw their ticket was purchased for. If no winner comes forward, the winning stub will be kept in a safe and held for 6 months. After that period has elapsed the prize will be donated to an approved charity of choice with the approval of the AGCO
