Raffle House Rules

a) The Raffle will be hosted on Rafflebox

b) The location of the draw will be the Fairbanks Centre, 54 Locks Road, Dartmouth NS B3A 1X3

c) A Random Number Generator will pick the prize winner electronically. 

d) Must be 19 years of age or older.

e) Must be physically located in Nova Scotia at the time of ticket purchase.

f) Must purchase the ticket through the approved Rafflebox platform.

g) Must provide valid contact information so they can be notified if they win.

h) There is no minimum number of tickets to be sold.

i) There are four (4) prizes. No cash will be offered.   

j) Draw Method: Tiered Prize Order 

-One draw per prize. Each ticket can only win once.

-One win per ticket: After a ticket is drawn: It is removed from the pool. 

-Draw order: from lowest value to highest value. 

k) If the winner cannot be located, there will be a re-draw after 90 days.  

l) Changes to the lottery are not permitted once the license has been issued. If one draw needs to be cancelled, the entire license will be cancelled. Prior to the cancellation, approval must be given by Alcohol, Gaming, Fuel, and Tobacco.

m) Eligibility: The SCC does not restrict participation by commissioners, staff, volunteers, sponsors, or their family members. There are no restrictions on the purchase of tickets by members of the SCC, sponsoring organizations, or their family members.
