Welcome to Alberta Diabetes Foundation's Rock N August - A 50/50 Raffle that supports innovative diabetes research that will move us closer to a CURE!

Diabetes is everywhere – in our homes, schools, communities and businesses. Although insulin saves lives, it is not a cure. A cure is the only way to save future generations from physical, emotional and financial complications that people with diabetes deal with daily. Research is the only way to stop diabetes for good. For over 30 years, the Alberta Diabetes Foundation has been funding cutting-edge diabetes research. We believe that a world without diabetes is possible. All funds raised support life-saving research right here in Alberta, to find a cure for the World.

In Alberta alone, an estimated 26% of people live with diabetes. Diabetes is still a leading cause of blindness and accounts for 30% of strokes and 40% of heart attacks. Continued improvement in treatment and management strategies will lead to healthier, longer lives for people with diabetes. Finding a cure would impact millions globally. RAFFLE RULES

1. Players must physically be in the province of Alberta at time of purchase, be 18 years or older, and use a major credit card, Visa Debit or MasterCard Debit. (Cash will be accepted for in person purchases at Central Social Hall St Albert or through a Rock'n August Volunteer)

2. Tickets will be available online and through in venue ticket processing and sold at a rate of:

• 1 for $20 – 1000

3. Ticket sales will end on Saturday, August 8, 2026 at 1:45PM with the draw taking place at Lion’s Park, Sir Winston Churchill Drive, St Albert on Saturday, August 8, 2026 at 2:00PM.

4. The winner will receive a prize of a Boss Lift Retail Value of $5,000.

5. All ticket numbers will be emailed to ticket purchasers by the registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) (Rafflebox). A physical ticket will not be mailed out for this draw for online purchases. In person purchases at various Car Shows throughout Alberta where ADF representatives are on site or from a Rock’n August Volunteer during Rock’n August week will receive a ticket print out from the hand held in venue ticket sales device.

6. The winner will be determined by a random draw utilizing an Alberta Gaming Liquor Commission (AGLC) registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) Random Number Generator (RNG).

7. The winner will be contacted by phone and email. The winner has 30 days to claim their prize, a second draw from the same numbers will occur after 30 days if the prize goes unclaimed.

8. By playing you consent to having your name and winning numbers published.
