Westpower and CP Kids & Families Charity Raffle

WELCOME AND THANK YOU for your participation in our online raffle in conjunction with the Annual Westpower Pig Roast! All proceeds from the raffle go towards supporting CP Kids and Families.

The winner will be drawn on Friday August 14, at 12:15 (MDT). One lucky winner will win the grand prize: the 17 Green Super Suite for 4 package at the Rogers Charity Classic on Sunday, August 23, 2026 ($2400 value). This package includes an open-air, private venue, live HDTV coverage of the Tournament, private washrooms, and shared all-inclusive food and beverage.

About CP Kids & Families:

CP Kids & Families was founded in 1951, by a group of parents, each of whom were dealing with the challenges of similar, yet somewhat varied disabilities of their children and had not received a specific diagnosis.

Celebrating 75 years, CP Kids & Families is more than an organization - we are a community, an extended family and a lifeline to families in need. We share in the experience of having children living with a physical disability, and provide not only hope, but the potential for children to be something more than the label of their disability.

Our work is expansive and includes family support programs, parent networks, an adapted bike and equipment program, and so much more. We are here to establish connections, understand challenges and provide a place to belong when there is nowhere else to go. CP Kids & Families recognizes that every child is unique and we are deeply driven to ensure that every child experiences an inclusive, abundant and happy life.

Eligibility

• Players must be located in Alberta

• Players must be 18 years or older (the name on the ticket can not be in the name of a minor)

• Use of a major credit card required, Visa Debit or MasterCard Debit.

• Credit cards used for payment must have an Alberta address.

Ticket Information

Tickets will be available online and sold at a rate of:

• 1 for $25 – 45 tickets available.

• 5 for $75 – 225 tickets available.

• 20 for $150 – 1000 tickets available.

These tickets are non-refundable once purchased.

Ticket Sales and Draw Details

Ticket sales will end on Friday, August 14, 2026 at 12:00 PM (MDT) with the draw taking place at #121 7015 Macleod Trail SW, Calgary, Alberta T2H 2K6 at 12:15 PM (MDT) via electronic draw. In event of a power failure the draw date will be extended until such a time that power is restored.

Prize & Prize Conditions

The winner will receive the 17 Green Super Suite for 4 package at the Rogers Charity Classic on Sunday, August 23, 2026.

Cash in lieu is not an option for any prizes nor is there any option to substitute prizes. Receipts for prizes will not be available.

Ticket Delivery

All ticket numbers will be emailed to ticket purchasers by the registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) (Rafflebox). A physical ticket will not be mailed out for this draw.

Participation Requirements

There is no requirement for CP Kids & Families staff or families to sell or purchase these raffle tickets. All members from WestPower and CP Kids & Families staff, families, members, and their families, are eligible to purchase raffle tickets as long as they meet the other eligibility rules. By playing, you consent to having your name and winning numbers published.

Draw Process

The winners will be determined by a random draw utilizing an Alberta Gaming Liquor Commission (AGLC) registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) Random Number Generator (RNG).

Notification and Claiming the Prize

• The winner will be contacted by phone and email.

• The winner has 14 days to claim their prize.

• In the event that a winner cannot be contacted within the time limit for claiming the prize, the prize will be drawn for again from the remaining eligible tickets.

• Draw results will appear under the "Winners" tab found on the main raffle page.

Ticket Ownership

If more than one name is registered on a winning ticket, the prize will be awarded to the first name listed. Neither CP Kids & Families nor the AGLC is responsible for any disputes among the individuals whose names are on the ticket.
