Newfoundland & Labrador Volleyball Association Rules and Conditions

1 - Prizes to be accepted as offered and as presented, there are no substitutes.

2 - Prizes have no cash value unless otherwise stated.

3 - Purchasers must be at least 19 years of age. Tickets cannot be purchased in the name of a minor. Tickets must be purchased within the province of Newfoundland and Labrador.

4 - All persons may purchase tickets. 

5 - Pursuant to the regulations governing this lottery under authority Department of Digital Government and Service NL, tickets must be purchased within the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador.

6 - We the Newfoundland & Labrador Volleyball Association reserve the right to publish names, addresses, and photographs of all the winners and or ticket purchasers and retain the right to use such for any, and all promotional purposes for an indefinite period.

7 -  All disputes will be settled by the Newfoundland & Labrador Volleyball Association, all decisions are final.

8 - Our “Newfoundland & Labrador Volleyball Association” liability is limited to the purchase price of the ticket only, if for any reason the ticket stub is not included in the draw. The Newfoundland & Labrador Volleyball Association will make every reasonable effort to ensure that no tickets are excluded

9 - The winner will be contacted by phone and email. The winner has 60 days to claim their prize, a second draw from the same numbers will occur after 60 days if the prize goes unclaimed.

10 – One (1) ticket is $10.00, or 3 for $25.

11 - Ticket Sales will end on August 11, 2026 @ 11:59:59pm (NST)
12 – Tickets to be drawn on August 12, 2026 @ 12:30PM at the Sport NL office in St. Paradise, NL.
13 - Draw to be completed by Random Number Generator
14 - 50,000 total tickets available
15- All groups listed to support is for tracking purposes only, and that the funds are equally distributed.
