Empty Arms’ 50/50 Rules of play:
1) Participants must be in Saskatchewan to purchase tickets via the ONLINE gateway.
2) Must be 18+ to purchase tickets and play.
3) The purchase price of tickets is: 1 for $10, 5 for $20, 25 for $50, 100 for $100 and there are 170,000 tickets available.
4) The date(s), time(s), and location(s) of the draw(s) will be May 15, 2026, 1 pm at Unit 206 - 262 Ave B South, Saskatoon SK S7M 0W6.
5) The draw will be conducted by Random Number Generator and the winner announced to all participants via electronic notification.
6) There will be only one prize drawn for: Series A - 1 for $10; Series B - 5 for $20; Series C - 25 for $50; Series D -100 for $100. (170,000 tickets available)
7) Winner will receive 50% of ticket sales (Maximum prize of $85,000)
8) The draw Licence-pending will take place on May 15, 2026, 1 pm at Unit 206 - 262 Ave B South, Saskatoon SK S7M 0W6.
9) The winner will be contacted by Empty Arms Perinatal Loss Support Services Inc. to claim their prize!
Conditions affecting ability to win or claim prizes, including but not limited to:
a) Tickets may only be purchased/won by participants 18+ years old, and physically located in Saskatchewan.
b) Ticket purchasers must use a valid email address to purchase tickets and claim prizes.
c) Prize will be delivered by Empty Arms.
d) Members of the organization involved in the conduct and management of the raffle are prohibited from purchasing tickets. Friends and family of members are eligible to purchase tickets.
e) Eligible participants can purchase tickets over the phone, with a credit card, by calling (306) 244-5677, and speaking with Krysta or Karina.
f) Ticket purchasers may contact the Licensee in the event of a question, complaint, or dispute at krysta@emptyarmspls.com or (306)244-5677.
Unclaimed Prizes:
Empty Arms shall hold prizes that are unclaimed in a secure location for a period of one (1) year from the date of the draw. If the prizes go unclaimed beyond their hold date, the prize/cash equivalent shall be donated to a charity approved by SLGA
