50/50 RAFFLE – HOCKEY HELPS THE HOMELESS
Eligibility
1. Ticket purchasers must be 18 years or older to enter the 50/50 RAFFLE – HOCKEY HELPS THE HOMELESS (50/50 RAFFLE/HHTH Lottery).
2. Ticket purchasers must be in Ontario at the time of purchase.
3. The following persons are prohibited from purchasing tickets in the 50/50 RAFFLE/HHTH Lottery:
• members of the Board of Directors and employees of HOCKEY HELPS THE HOMELESS (the “Board”).
• members of the operating committee for the 50/50 RAFFLE/HHTH Lottery.
• members of the same household of each of the above.
Ticket Sales
1. Tickets must be purchased in the province of Ontario.
2. Tickets can be purchased online
3. Tickets will be available in the following tiers / packages:
1 for $10
4 for $20
20 for $50
100 for $100
4. Prize is 50% of ticket sales
5. Online ticket purchases will be provided by email, a receipt with their 50/50 RAFFLE/HHTH registered numbers from a Random Selection System. No specific numbers can be given as numbers are generated randomly. Please ensure that a valid email address is provided to receive your electronic ticket. It is the responsibility of the ticket purchaser to ensure that they receive their tickets. Purchasers do not need their tickets in hand to be included in a draw. If you do not receive your ticket(s), please contact customer service by email at support@hhth.com.

Draws, Prizes and Winners
1. Tickets are available for purchase as follows:
Ticket sales to begin at 11:00 AM on February 1st 2026. Tickets can be purchased online through our rafflebox link.
2. The winning ticket(s) number will be selected and overseen at the above-mentioned location by Hockey Helps the Homeless authorized staff and personnel using a Random Number Generation (RNG) system (provided by Trellis) from all lottery numbers sold for the draw.
3. The winning ticket number(s) will be posted to https://hhth.akaraisin.com/ui/Toronto26 and hockeyhelpsthehomeless.com within 1 business day following the final draw.
4. The earlybird draw ($5000) will take place at 4:00 PM on April 18th 2026. The Grand Prize Draw will take place on Sunday April 19th 2026.
5. Ticket holders do not have to be present at a draw to win or to claim their prize.
6. The winner of the cash prize will be paid by cheque. Delivery of the cash prize will be coordinated through communication with Hockey Helps the Homeless staff and personnel and can be requested via email to support@hhth.com.
7. Prizes will be secured for a period of six (6) months following each draw. Unclaimed prizes will be reported to, and a charitable allocation will be approved by, the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario.
8. The winner(s) will be contacted by phone or notified by email and must provide authorized Hockey Helps the Homeless staff or personnel photo identification verifying their full name, address, and date of birth upon claiming their prize.
General
1. By purchasing a ticket in the 50/50 RAFFLE, the purchaser acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these rules. All inquiries regarding the conduct, chance of winning, prizing or lottery procedures are to be made prior to the purchase of a ticket by email to support@hhth.com.
2. All ticket orders will be processed and fulfilled using the Trellis lottery management system. In the event of any discrepancy, the records of Trellis shall be deemed correct and final. HOCKEY HELPS THE HOMELESS (the “Licensee”) is responsible for the conduct and management of the 50/50 RAFFLE/HHTH. The liability of the Licensee shall be limited to the purchase price of the ticket.
3. Hockey Helps the Homeless is an advocate for safe and responsible gambling. For more information on responsible gambling contact the ConnexOntario problem gambling hotline (1-866-531-2600) or visit their website (https:// www.connexontario.ca/).
Privacy
1. By claiming a prize, winner consents to the use of their likeness/photograph, first and last name, ticket number, city/town of residence and any audio/video recording (or written transcription) of the winner notification telephone/video call, for any publicity purposes by the Licensee.
2. The purchase of a ticket in the 50/50 RAFFLE/HHTH Lottery is subject to the Privacy Policy of the Licensee. The Licensee respects the privacy of its 50/50 RAFFLE/HHTH Lottery supporters; we do not sell, rent, or trade our supporter lists. The information collected is used to: process 50/50 RAFFLE/HHTH Lottery ticket purchases; administer the 50/50 RAFFLE/HHTH Lottery; keep our supporters informed about the activities of the Licensee and ask for their support for our mission to support charitable causes.
