Atlético Kingston 50/50 Raffle Rules

1) Players of this lottery must reside in Ontario, be 18 years of age or older, and must use a major credit card, Visa debit or MC debit card to purchase. Credit cards used for payment must have an Ontario address. 

2) Administrators of the Raffle are not eligible to purchase tickets. This includes Board Members and Staff actively involved in the raffle being executed. 

3) Tickets will be available for sale online, and we reserve the right to offer in-person ticket sales at special events.

4) Tickets will be sold at a rate of – 1 for $5; 3 for $10; 7 for $20.

5) Our first 2026 draw will take place on July 24th.

6) The winner will be determined by random-number generator draw. The winner will be contacted by phone or email.

7) Draw results will be announced on our Atlético Kingston social media platforms.

8) By purchasing a ticket, purchaser agrees to allow Atlético Kingston to use purchaser’s name and image without compensation for any promotional activity related to this or any future raffle.

9) The winner has six (6) months to claim their prize. Any prizes which are not claimed must be secured or placed in safekeeping for a period of six (6) months from the date of the draw. If at the end of six (6) months the prize has still not been claimed, the prize or monies equivalent to the fair market value of the prize will be donated to a beneficiary approved by the licensing authority.
