1. All tickets will be sold only to Ontario residents who are 18 years of age or older.
2. Tickets will be sold online using the electronic lottery system supplied by Rafflebox. Tickets will also be sold at the following locations on the following dates:
May 4 at Mahtay Cafe in St. Catharines (11am-6pm)
May 30 at Pen Centre in St. Catharines (10am-9pm)
May 31 at Pen Centre in St. Catharines (10am-6pm)
June 1 at Pen Centre in St. Catharines (11am-5pm)
June 14 at St. Catharines Marketsquare (5-10pm)
June 15 at St. Catharines Marketsquare (11am-6pm)
June 28 at Fort Erie Leisureplex (10am-6pm)
I will be pulling the winner from a random number generator July 20 at 12PM EST at 265 Linwell Road, St. Catharines
3. The draw will occur on July 20 in the Province of Ontario.
4. Tickets are 1 for $5; 4 for $10; 30 for $50, 100 for $100.
5. After buying, patrons will be provided by the sellers, a receipt with their 50/50 registered numbers from a Random Selection System. No specific numbers can be given as numbers are generated randomly.
6. The winning ticket number will be selected by a Random Number Generation (RNG) system.
7. The amount of the 50/50 will be determined based on the number and value of tickets purchased.
8. The draw will be done at 265 Linwell Road, St. Catharines and the winning number will be updated in real time on the lottery landing page and on Safe Space Niagara website.
9. Winners may claim their prize by contacting Safe Space Niagara at [email protected]. Winners will be paid by cheque for the amount posted on the lottery website for which they bought their ticket. Winners must have the original winning ticket and no copies. All payments will be made by cheque.
10. The winning ticket holder has six months to claim their prize from the date of the draw their ticket was purchased for.
11. The winner must provide his/her name, address, and phone number with picture identification for our report sheet.
12. Once the certified winner is verified, and provides identification with photo ID, they will be given a cheque in the amount of the declared prize which is, at minimum, 50 per cent of the total sales for that draw. If the winner cannot provide photo ID, then the winning proceeds will be held until such identification can be provided.
13. Any prizes which are not claimed must be secured or placed in safekeeping for a period of six (6) months from the date of the draw. if at the end of six (6) months the prize has still not been claimed, the prize or monies equivalent to the fair market value of the prize must be donated to a beneficiary approved by the licensing authority.
14. The above set of rules will be posted on the lottery website.
