Spruce Grove Saints AGLC Raffle and
50/50 Guidelines
The Following document outlines the internal guidelines set
by the Spruce Grove Saints in accordance with the Saints Founders Group with
regards to 50/50 and raffle game rules and stipulations to create a transparent
and fair game play of events held by the Saints.
50/50 Rules:

50/50 tickets shall not be sold to a person
under 18 years of age

In game purchases can be made with cash, debit,
a major credit card, Visa Debit, or Mastercard Debit.
o
Online purchases can be made with a major credit
card, Visa Debit, or Mastercard Debit

Saints staff, volunteers, ownership, management
and board members are permitted to purchase 50/50 tickets at Saints games. If
they hold a 50/50 ticket for the current game, they will not be allowed to
partake in the draw process of the 50/50 ticket

Those accepting payment and operating 50/50
machines may purchase 50/50 tickets, however, if they have purchased a 50/50
ticket, they will not be permitted to be part of the drawing of the winning
50/50 ticket

No minimum tickets sales are defined, and are
offered in 4 package types:
o
1 for $2
o
3 for $5
o
8 for $10
o
20 for $20

Tickets will also be available online and sold
at a rate of:
o
1 for $2
o
3 for $5
o
8 for $10
o
20 for $20
-
Tickets sold will display the date of the draw,
only tickets sold for the current date will be eligible
o
Online ticket sales will end at 9 pm
o
In person ticket sales at the Grant Fuhr Arena will
end at 9 pm

Draw will take place at 9:05 pm at the Grant
Fuhr Arena in Spruce Grove, Alberta during each home game for the Spruce Grove
Saints
o
The winner will be determined by a random draw
utilizing an Alberta Gaming Liquor Commission (AGLC) registered Electronic
Raffle Supplier (ERS) Random Number Generator (RNG).
o
One ticket will be drawn for the singular 50/50
cash prize which is 50% of the total amount from tickets sold up to a maximum
of $20,000

If the cash prize amount exceeds the total cash
collected for the 50/50 a cheque will be written to the winner
§
The cheque will be prepared and sent out to the
winner within 5 days of winning the draw

For online purchases all ticket numbers will be
emailed to ticket purchasers by the registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS)
(Rafflebox). A physical ticket will not be mailed out for this draw

The winning ticket number will be announced on
the PA systems as well as shown on the monitors around the arena. The draw
results will also appear under the “Winners” tab found on the main raffle page.

If the winning ticket was purchased online, they
will be contacted by phone and email

If a 50/50 winning ticket is pulled and no one
claims the winning ticket within 48 hours of the original draw announcement,
the ticket will be deemed ineligible and the 50/50 will be carried over to the
next Saints home game

Raffle Chairperson name and number must be on
display at the main 50/50 sales table in the event of a complaint or dispute

All 50/50 sales are final, no refunds

By playing you consent to having your name and
winning numbers published

For non-game 50/50 (Such as Drive-in concerts)
o
The winning ticket must be claimed by 4pm local
time 5 business days after the draw date
o
If the prize goes unclaimed the amount will be
carried forward to the next Saints event
o
The winning ticket number(s) will be posted to
the Saints website
