POLANIE POLISH SONG & DANCE ASSOCIATION RAFFLE RULES

AGLC  Raffle  Licence  569977

1) Total ticket value (TTV) for the raffle is $10,000, with tickets available online for purchase in the following price categories and quantities:

• 1 for $10 with 70 available
• 3 for $20 with 215 packages available
• 10 for $50 with 100 packages available

2)  Players must reside in Alberta, 18 years or older, use a major credit card or Visa Debit. Credit cards used for payment must have an Alberta Address. The name of a minor must not be written on the ticket.

3)  All 50/50 raffle ticket purchases are final sale and can not be cancelled or refunded

4)  By playing you consent to having your name, winning numbers published.

5) Ticket sales for the raffle will end on January 10, 2021 at 11.59pm

6) The raffle draw will be held on January 16, 2021 at ​the Polish Canadian Cultural Centre 3015  15 St NE, T2E 7L8 Calgary, AB. The draw will be open to the public via a Facebook Live stream available on the ​Polanie Facebook Page

7). Draw results will also be announced on Polanies’ social media channels; Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.

8)  A single draw for one winner of the 50/50 raffle will occur.

9)  The selected winner will be contacted directly by phone and email.

10) The selected winner will receive a cash prize of 50% of ticket sales, up to a maximum of     $5,000.

11) The selected winner has 30 days from the date of the draw to claim the prize. If the selected winner cannot be contacted within 30 days of the prize draw, another draw date will be established, advertised, and implemented to select an alternate winner.

12) The person(s) drawing the winning number must not hold a ticket for that draw. Volunteers and family members not involved in the draw are eligible to participate.
