Oku Damashi Martial Arts, an established dojo for over 19 years, has sent six students to Ottawa, ON to compete in the National Karate Tournament in May 2024. In that tournament, our students brought home 8 medals: 5 gold, and 3 bronze medals in both Continuous and Point Sparring.

We are proud to announce that all six students will go on to represent Team Canada and will be competing in the World Karate Championships (WKC) in Albufeira, Portugal on October 26th-November 1st, 2024.
