Nova Scotia SPCA 2020 Lottery House Rules

 

The Nova Scotia SPCA is excited to announce the launch of our weekly online 50/50 raffle.

 

1)   Players of this lottery must reside in Nova Scotia, be 19 years of age or older, and must use a major credit card of Visa debit card to purchase. Credit cards used for payment must have a Nova Scotia address.

2)   Tickets will be available for sale online only at https://www.rafflebox.ca/raffle/novascotiaspca and will be sold at a rate of – 1 for $5; 3 for $10; 20 for $20; 100 for $50

3)   Ticket sales will end 12 hours in advance (each Tuesday at midnight). Draws will take place weekly on Wednesdays at noon at the Nova Scotia SPCA Provincial Office, 7 Scarfe Crt, Dartmouth, NS. The draw can be viewed live at www.facebook.com/nsspca.pas

4)   Every week, one winner will receive a cash prize equal to half the total gross revenue for the previous week.

5)   The winner will be determined by random draw. The winner will be contacted by phone or email. The winner has 90 days to claim their prize. A second draw from the same numbers will occur after 90 days if the draw goes unclaimed.

6)   Draw results will be announced live on Facebook every Wednesday at noon at www.facebook.com/nsspca.pas. Draw results will also be emailed to players.

By purchasing a ticket, purchaser agrees to allow the Nova Scotia SPCA to use purchaser’s name and image without compensation for any promotional activity related to this or any future raffle.
