The LTCHS Theatre Arts programs provide opportunities for student artists to perform in a variety of venues of capacities throughout Alberta (and sometimes nationally or internationally). These groups include our dance classes, improv classes and extra-curricular teams, musical cast, crew and pit bands, and drama classes. These groups perform in-house showcases and shows, mainstage musicals, as a part of Zone (and often Provincial) Drama Festivals, and provincial and national improv competitions. There are also opportunities for field trips to view live theatre and take workshops from clinicians and professional theatre and dance artists.

Any funds received in this 50/50 would go towards furthering these programs and allowing future Theatre Arts students of all socioeconomic statuses and grade levels to experience similar opportunities. Funds raised will go towards purchase of a new soundboard.
