Help support candidates of the first ever, Man Woman of The Year campaign in Halifax, NS!
Man & Woman of the Year is a 9 week, philanthropic competition to support blood cancer research, advocacy and patient programming among a group of motivated and dedicated individuals in communities across Canada. Candidates and their teams compete in honour of our local girl of the year, Gracie Bell who is a blood cancer survivor. The man and woman who have raised the most funds during the nine-week campaign are awarded the prestigious title of Man or Woman of the Year for the first time in Halifax. The man and woman who have raised the most across Canada will be recognized as the National Man & Woman of the year.

The draw will be conducted by Vanessa Nasrallah at the Halifax, Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Canada office by random draw from a prize barrel. The winner will be selected by chance with the one lucky ticket drawn. The winners name will be announced on stage and posted on The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Canada Atlantic Region Facebook page as well as contacted via email and phone by information on raffle ticket. A paid employee or direct family member of a paid LLSC employee will not be eligible to win the prize. A minimum of 2000 tickets will be sold before June 16th or a draw date extension will be requested. There will be one cash prize winner. If the winner of the ticket cannot be located by September 16th, 2020 a new winner will be drawn at the Halifax, Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Canada office.
