Ticket sales start on Saturday, August 1, 2026, at 12:00am and end on Saturday, October 31, 2026, at 11:59pm. Tickets are 1 for $10, 4 for $20, 20 for $50, or 100 for $100.

Early Bird Details

• There will be one (1) winner of $1,000.00, the deadline of eligibility is 6:00pm, Sunday, September 13, 2026. The early bird prize will be drawn at approximately 10:00am on Monday, September 14, 2026, with the winner being announced on Monday, September 14, 2026, at 11:00am.
• There will be two (2) winners of $1,000.00 each the deadline of eligibility is 6:00pm, Sunday, September 20, 2026. The early bird prizes will be drawn at approximately 10:00am on Monday, September 21, 2026, with the winner being announced on Monday, September 21, 2026, at 11:00am.
• There will be one (1) winner of $1,000.00, the deadline of eligibility is 6:00pm, Sunday, September 27, 2026. The early bird prize will be drawn at approximately 10:00am on Monday, September 28, 2026, with the winner being announced on Monday, September 28, 2026, at 11:00am.
• There will be one (1) winner of $1,000.00, the deadline of eligibility is 6:00pm, Sunday, October 4, 2026. The early bird prize will be drawn at approximately 10:00am on Monday, October 5, 2026, with the winner being announced on Monday, October 5, 2026, at 11:00am.
• There will be two (2) winners of $1,000.00 each, the deadline of eligibility is 6:00pm, Monday, October 12, 2026. The early bird prizes will be drawn at approximately 10:00am on Tuesday, October 13, 2026, with the winner being announced on Tuesday, October 13, 2026, at 11:00am.
• It is possible for the same ticket number to win any early bird prize(s) and the grand prize.
• All draws will be made at 151 Caithness St. E., Caledonia, Ontario. N3W 1C2. Canada.

Grand Prize Details

• The grand prize deadline of eligibility is 11:59pm on Saturday, October 31, 2026.
• The grand prize winner will be drawn at approximately 12:00pm on Monday, November 2, 2026, with the winner being announced on Monday, November 2, 2026 at 1:00pm.
• The grand prize winner will receive 50% of gross ticket sales.
• The draw will be made at 151 Caithness St. E., Caledonia, Ontario. N3W 1C2. Canada.

Ticket Guidelines

• Tickets will be issued online at www.rafflebox.ca or in-person using the electronic lottery system supplied by Rafflebox, Inc. After buying, purchasers will receive a confirmation email or printed receipt with their registered ticket numbers form a random selection system. No specific numbers can be given as numbers are generated randomly.
• All purchasers must be at least 18 years of age and be within the Province of Ontario at the time of purchase.
• The total tickets available in the lottery will be unlimited.
• All inquiries, if any, regarding the chances of winning are to be made to the Caledonia Agricultural Society prior to the purchase of tickets. Chances of winning depend on the number of tickets sold.
• Tickets are non-refundable. Ticket purchases are not income tax deductible. Prizes are tax-exempt.
• All ticket holders have the right to witness the draw.
• The winning ticket number will be selected by a random number generator (RNG) system provided by Rafflebox, Inc. and all eligible ticket numbers will be included in each draw.
• Prizes will be awarded to the primary ticket holder (the first name that appears on the ticket) by cheque payable to the primary ticket holder. In the event of a group win, in trust win, or any win involving multiple individuals, any transfer of prizes must happen independently of the Caledonia Agricultural Society.
• The primary ticket holder will be notified by telephone or email as to what they have won and where/how to claim their prize(s).
• All winners will be posted on the Rafflebox website (www.rafflebox.ca), on social media, and in email newsletters. The winner acknowledges and hereby irrevocably and in perpetuity release the right for the Caledonia Agricultural Society, Wainfleet Agricultural Society, West Niagara Agricultural Society, Binbrook Agricultural Society, Ancaster Agricultural Society, Rockton Agricultural Society, and Norfolk County Agricultural Society and/or their designees to use and/or publish the winner’s first name and first initial of last name, city of residence, photographs or other likenesses, pictures, portraits, video, voice, testimonials, and/or statements made by the winner regarding the lottery or otherwise worldwide and in perpetuity for any and all purposes, including but not limited to, advertising, publicity, trade and/or promotion in any and all forms of media, now known or hereafter devised, including, but not limited to, print, television, radio, electronic, cable, social media, or world wide web, without granting further limitation, restriction, compensation, notice, review, or approval.
• The winners must sign a prize release form before the winnings are distributed. This includes first and last name, address, phone number, photo identification, and verification that they are not a staff member or board member of the Caledonia Agricultural Society.
• If the winner cannot provide photo identification, then the winning proceeds will be held until such identification can be provided. All prizes will be delivered or sent to the winner via a courier or registered mail service should in-person pickup not be an option.
• The winning ticket holder has six (6) months to claim their prize from the date of the draw. Unclaimed prizes will be reported to the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO), after which the prize will be donated to the Caledonia Agricultural Society on approval from the AGCO.
• The following individuals are not eligible to participate in the lottery:

1. Persons whose principal residence is outside of Ontario, Canada
2. Persons under the age of 18
3. Employees and Board Members of the Caledonia Agricultural Society
4. Employees of Rafflebox, Inc.
