The prize winner will receive 50% of the total ticket sales of the online 50/50 raffle, up to a maximum of $10,000.00!!

The Calgary Marching Show Band Association (CMSBA) is a registered charity providing funding for young adults, Citizens of the World and Ambassadors for the Calgary Stampede and the Calgary area, to give them ‘goosebump moments’ through amazing travel, tours and life experiences.

CMSBA supports:

● The 7-time WORLD ASSOCIATION OF MARCHING SHOWBANDS champions CALGARY STAMPEDE SHOWBAND – the only band in the world to achieve this amazing feat and the only band to EVER win this prestigious honour 3 times in a row! The SHOWBAND performs and competes all over the world, in Canada, the United States and Europe. They perform year-round, making over 200 appearances annually, including concerts, parades, festivals, competitions, special events, and complex marching field shows.

● The CALGARY STAMPEDE SHOWRIDERS – Best Mounted Group Award recipients at numerous parades and rodeos across Canada and the United States including 3-time award recipient for Outstanding Mounted Group at “The Daddy of ‘Em All” – Frontier Days at Cheyenne Wyoming! This dynamic group of young equestrians performs across Southern Alberta and has traveled to destinations in the United States and Europe. The SHOWRIDERS also perform musical rides several times a day and serve as Colour Guard during the Calgary Stampede.

Tickets will be sold online from February 15, 2025 until the deadline of March 2, 2025 at 4:30pm.

Please spread the word to friends, family, coworkers, neighbours. The top 3 ticket sellers will receive cash prizes to be used towards their upcoming tours, so be sure to select your favorite Showband or Showriders member when you purchase your tickets.

Anyone in Alberta who is 18 years and older can purchase tickets and be a part of making these experiences truly magical for these young performers.

The winner will be announced on March 2, 2025 at the end of the 2025 Arts in Motion Performances at Nutrien Western Event Centre in Calgary AB and will be contacted to claim their prize payout if they are not present at the event.
